Payment & Booking Policy

Payment Policy for EduStar Tutoring Payment Terms: Invoices are issued on the first of the following month and are due within 7 days of receipt. Payments are made via credit card. Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least three days prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations can be made via email or phone. Please ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation. Late Cancellations: If a session is canceled less than 3 days before the scheduled time, a late cancellation fee equivalent to forty percent of the session fee will be charged. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in a no-show fee equivalent to one-hundred percent of the session fee. Late Payment Fees: Payments not received by the due date will incur a late fee of five percent per week. Continuous late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of future services. Payment Reminders: Automatic payment reminders will be sent three days before the due date and on the due date. Follow-up reminders will be sent three days after the due date if payment is not received. Consequences of Non-Payment: Services will be paused until all outstanding payments are received. Unresolved payments beyond twenty-one days will be referred to a collection agency, with all associated costs passed on to the customer. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding invoices must be raised within three days of receipt due date. Contact us at 0417819000 to resolve any issues. Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided for prepaid sessions that are canceled with at least seventy-two hours’ notice. No refunds are given for sessions already completed. Communication: All payment-related communication will be conducted via email. Ensure that your contact information is up-to-date to avoid missed notifications.
